Moe’s Focal Point is an internal platform designed as a central hub for marketing and training materials, supporting store teams across the brand. This project focused on a complete UX and UI redesign, transforming the platform into a more intuitive, efficient, and user-friendly tool.

challenge

The existing platform was difficult to navigate and lacked a clear structure, making it challenging for teams to quickly find and use the resources they needed. The experience felt outdated and inefficient, slowing down workflows and limiting the effectiveness of the tool. The challenge was to simplify the experience and create a system that is easy to use, clear, and scalable.

Approach

The direction focused on rethinking the product experience from the ground up. User flows and information architecture were restructured to improve navigation and accessibility. Wireframes and UI systems were developed to create a more intuitive and consistent interface, with a focus on clarity, usability, and speed. The visual design was updated to align with the brand while supporting a clean and functional user experience.

The result is a streamlined internal platform that supports faster and more efficient workflows. Moe’s Focal Point now provides a clear and intuitive experience, enabling store teams to easily access, manage, and use marketing and training materials in one centralized place.
