Context

Focal Point serves as a vital tool for Moe’s employees to access marketing assets and training resources. As part of the redesign, I reimagined the platform from the ground up to enhance both usability and visual appeal. I focused on creating a more intuitive login process, refining profile management, and optimizing navigation to ensure users could effortlessly locate what they needed. The ordering process for materials was completely revamped, making it easier and faster for users to get resources. Every page, from the home dashboard to resource details, was redesigned to reflect Moe’s updated branding and to provide a cohesive and enjoyable user experience.

 

This holistic approach ensured that every aspect of the portal supported the goal of making tasks more intuitive and efficient for store employees.

Impact

The new UX and UI design transformed the Focal Point portal into a tool that feels modern, accessible, and aligned with the needs of its users. The improved design created a smoother flow across all user interactions, reducing complexity and fostering a more engaging experience. With a refreshed interface and enhanced usability, the portal now makes it easier for teams to focus on their work while navigating the resources they need with confidence and ease.
