Overview
In September 2018, Jamba Juice was acquired by Focus Brands, marking the beginning of a transformative rebranding journey.
The project encompassed a refreshed brand identity, a redesigned e-commerce platform for both desktop and mobile, an enhanced rewards program, and innovative email marketing campaigns. Focus Brands assembled a collaborative team of agencies, in-house creatives, and freelancers to reimagine Jamba with a vibrant, modern, and engaging digital presence. The outcome was a seamless blend of fun, functionality, and innovation that revitalized the Jamba brand.

As the digital design lead on the in-house creative team, I was deeply involved in every stage of this transformative project, from concept to launch. I directed the visual design strategy, ensuring the digital assets adhered to a cohesive, modern, and visually engaging language. My role involved managing and mentoring a team of designers, collaborating closely with stakeholders, creative directors, executives, developers, and UX designers to bring the vision to life. By blending user-focused UX strategies with compelling interface design, I played a key role in aligning the digital experience with Jamba’s revitalized brand identity and business objectives.
Impact
The rebranding and digital transformation were instrumental in revitalizing the Jamba brand, driving customer engagement, and achieving tangible results. The launch of the new e-commerce site offered a fresh, user-friendly shopping experience, while the revamped “My Jamba Rewards” loyalty program surpassed 2 million members, solidifying its success. This project not only reinforced Jamba’s position as a beloved brand but also demonstrated the power of strategic design in achieving both creative and business goals.
